  1. Dear Friends,

The lecture by Dr Kara Dixon Vuic was brought to my attention that led me to look at your website. I hope the lecture went well and drew some questions on the Vietnam War and its continuing consequences for the Vietnamese people, in particular those still suffering after 50 years from the effects of Agent Orange.
I have been travlling to the country each year since 1989 and on each of the visits have met with many Vietnamese affected by Agent Orange, in many cases it is not a pleasant sight especialy when the victims is a youngster born many years after the war ended in 1975 and the spraying of Agent Orange in 1971.

If I was allowed a question to Dr Kara, I would have asked: When and what pressure will be needed to make the US Government and the US Chemical companies headed by Monsanto, accept their responsibility fgor the use of Agentv Orange and when will payment of compensation be made to the four million Vietnamese?

Perhaps Dr Kara, would like to reply to my question by email?
