This collection consists of material related to the collision between the USS Frank E. Evans and the Royal Australian Navy vessel HMS Melbourne. Within the collection are affidavits, correspondence, death reports, and other various documents. Also present is a copy of the joint investigation conducted by the governments of the United States and Australia.
