One folder of a DD-214 form and various papers and articles written by Patrick Naughton document his in tour of duty as a First Lieutenant and advisor to the 25th ARVN Infantry Division, 7 May 1969 - 24April 1970. Most documents date from the late war period and beyond.

Patrick Naughton served in Vietnam from May 7, 1969 to April 24, 1970. He achieved the rank of 1st Lieutenant in June 1969. Naughton served as advisor (DCAT 99) to the 25th ARVN Infantry Division.
