  • "Liason Spoken Here", the newsletter of the International Liaison Pilot and Aircraft Association (1989-2005), and manuscript "Box Seat Over Hell, Volume II" by BIll Stratton document the issues of the International Liaison Pilot and Aircraft Association.

Biographical Note:

  • Bill Stratton was born on 30 January 1923 in Wichita, Kansas. In 1940, Stratton volunteered for the United States Army Air Corps and served a total of five and a half years. During his service, Stratton served at many different Air Force Bases and other bases, including Kelly Field, Lackland AFB and Laredo AFB. Bill Stratton is president of the International Liaison Pilots and Aircraft Association, editor of Liaison Spoken Here, co-author of Box Seat Over Hell, and author of Box Seat Over Hell, Volume II.
