  • DVD titled Southeast Asia Laos: 31 Years Later documents David Kouba's return visit to Laos in 2006, his first since 1975 when he was a pilot for Continental Air Services, Inc. (CASI).

Biographical Note:

  • David Kouba began his career as a pilot as a crop duster in various locales such as Mississippi and Australia. He was then hired by CASI to fly in Laos in 1968, where he worked until 1975.
