Approximately one and a half linear feet of research material gathered by Colonel Douglas E. Moore, USA (Ret.) concerning the recommendation for the posthumous award of the Congressional Medal of Honor to Staff Sergeant Harold G. Bennett and the award of the Silver Star and Bronze Star to Specialist Four Charles Craft for their exploits at the Battle of Binh Gia in December 1964 and their subsequent conduct as POWs following the battle. Bennett was executed by the Viet Cong in 1965, while Crafts was released in 1967.
