Scope & Content:

  • Approximately a quarter of a linear foot of manuscript material donated by C. Harmon Reed, Jr, who served with the 299th Engineer Battalion at Pleiku from 1967 to 1968. The collection consists of Reed's letters home to his parents with a few clippings, military orders and medal citations inter-filed with the letters.
