Less than one linear foot of photographs, one book and various documents and correspondence detail First Lieutenant Terry Turner's service as an advisor with MACV-CORDS during the Vietnam Conflict, April 1969 - 1970. Photographs and documents date from the war period. The book was written post-war by Turner and documents his story from his perspective.
First Lieutenant Terry Turner served in Vietnam from April 1969 through 1970 in the Mekong Delta region. He served as an advisor in the MACV-CORDS system and was assigned to Team 84, the province team of Kien Phong Province. He became the team leader of MAT IV-32 and the district senior advisor of Dong Tien district in Kien Phong province.
