Scope and Content

Photographs and a program document the Lee Roy Herron Scholarship ceremony at Texas Tech University on 3 March 2001. The scholarship was established on honor of Lubbock native Lee Roy Herron who was a First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and was killed in battle in the Ashau Valley in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam on 22 February 1969.
