Photographs taken by Lewis M. Stern of Saigon in1975 and of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Danang, and Hanoi during the 1990s. Some of the photographs are of POW/MIA Technical Talks and meetings between the Presidential Envoy and senior Vietnamese officials form 1989-1993. Forty photographs primarily from Lewis M Stern's service as Director for Indochina, Thailand, and Burma in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs (OASD/ISA) from 1988-2001
