               <p>Dale Ross Stith was in Soc Trang, Vietnam in early 1968, associated with the 221st Reconnaissance Company working on the avionics of the QT&#x002D;2</p>

               <head>Scope and Content</head>
               <p>CD&#x002D;Roms, photocoied newspaper and periodical articles, internet printouts and an issue of Smithsonian Air and Space Magazine that document the development Quiet Aircraft during Vietnam.  These aircraft inclued the Quiet Thruster (QT) and the YO&#x002D;3A that were deployed
 during the Tet Offensive. DVD titled &#x0022;Taking the Night Away from Charlie&#x0022; discusses the use of quiet aircraft during the Vietnam War.</p>
