Description:
American military men traditionally make friends of children wherever they go. An Army lieutenant and a delighted young Vietnamese share the swings in a playground set up as a civic improvement project at an infantry division base near Saigon. Other Vietnamese boys in a village near Hur are entranced by a Marine sergeant who shows how to blow soap bubbles. His Mother sent toys for distribution.
