Description: Every POW/MIA counts heartbeats and wonders when. This song is the story of Charles E. Shelton and his wife Marian. He was captured alive in 1965. In 1971, he was rescued but returned to his captures to save the rescue team from capture. Marian fought to keep Charlie listed as POW and fought for all the POW/MIAs until she died in 1990. A play, The Decision, is their story. Donations let us send out more free tapes and present the play for the cause. Donations are tax deductable as we are not-for-profit.
