The Vietnam Center at Texas Tech University is honored to offer a public lecture by Colonel Wesley L. Fox, author of Marine Rifleman: Forty-Three Years in the Corps. Colonel Fox, a combat veteran of Korea and Vietnam, received the Medal of Honor as a result of actions during Operation Dewey Canyon, in the A Shau Valley of Vietnam in 1969. A reception and the lecture will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Towers, 801 Ave. Q, Lubbock, TX, on January 17, 2003.
