Scope & Content:

  • One folder of two Phoenix Program "Wanted" posters were taken from Chuong Thien Province, IV CTZ in 1970. Both posters are in Vietnamese and there is a translation for each in the collection.

Biographical Note:

  • Lieutenant Thomas R. Hargrove served with Advisory Command Team 73, Vi Than, in Choung Thien Province, South Vietnam from 1969 to 1970. Dr. Hargrove is also author of A Dragon Lives Forever: War and Rice in Vietnam's Mekong Delta 1969-1991, and Beyond as well as more than thirty research papers and two other books.
