Scope and Content

A VHS tape containing film footage of the evacuation of Asigon, 29 April 1975; Magazine and newspaper articles concerning the Vietnam War; and a book titled Viet Nam in Flames by Nguyen Man Dan and Nguyen Ngoc Hanh deal with the Vietnam War and its ending in 1975.

Biographical Note

John E. Stallman was born on 1 March 1922. He became a major in the United States Marine Corps and was a pilot in Air American in Viet Nam, 1965-1974. Stallman died on 5 March 2005.
