Scope & Content:

  • The collection contains approximately a quarter of a linear foot of letters and photographs sent by William C Wright to his parents and younger brother Daniel while serving with the 121st Signal Battalion in Vietnam from July 1967 to June 1968.

Biographical Note:

  • William C. Wright was a 1st Lieutenant and served in the S-3 section of the 121st Signal Battalion. He also had duties as trial council for his unit while in Vietnam, and served in Lai Khe and the Di An area.
