Description:
Self-Help - Girl guides in Saigon, accept a donation from a pretty Vietnamese girl for the relief of victims of the recent Viet Cong and North Vietnamese Army TET offensive. Thousands of Girl Guides and volunteers from other women's organizations, are currently conducting the TET offensive Relief Drive throughout South Vietnam. Donors to the relief fund are given paper arm patches to wear as a sign that they have contributed.
