Andrew Hinton joined the Vietnam Center and Sam Johnson Vietnam Archive in 2015. As Head of Collection Development, he works to build and strengthen the Vietnam Archive's holdings and leads the Processing Unit in preparing archival materials for research use. Before coming to the VNCA, Andrew held positions at the Vancouver Police Museum and the Jewish Museum and Archives of British Columbia. He belongs to the Society of American Archivists and the Society of Southwest Archivists. Andrew is also a certified Digital Archives Specialist and a member of the Academy of Certified Archivists.
