The Vietnam Center and Sam Johnson Vietnam Archive and Institute for Peace and Conflict at Texas Tech University are pleased to announce the participants in our plenary session on April 26, 2019, for our conference on the year 1969 and Vietnamization. We hope you will be able to join us for this exciting discussion with two of our nation’s most prominent and accomplished scholars of the Vietnam War.
